A modular system was developped together with raum-z Architekten for the Nursery Heddernheim (finished in 2013) which can be adapted for other new nurseries in Frankfurt, according to the  mandatory Passive-House standard.
The construction kit in the nurseries Gladiolenweg (Nieder-Eschbach), Raimundstrasse (Ginnheim), Wacholderweg (Frankfurter Berg) und Windthorststrasse (Hoechst) enables a flexible floor plan, since some inner walls may be taken out. Thus also older kids can be supervised here in the future.
